Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews. Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, physical or virtual. Have you ever put a hold on popular books at the library, expecting them to trickle in over a few weeks or months? Only to be surprised when they all come at once? Yeah, me too. That's basically what happened to me this week. When the Goodreads Choice Award nominees were announced, I went a little crazy and put about 30 books on hold. Oops. I guess I'll be staying home to read all week. There's a reasonable chance that I still won't get to all of them, but here's hoping. In my defense, I didn't actually pay for any of these and I've been reading like crazy lately....right? Library Books: Against my own proper judgment, I also bought a few ebooks: And two audiobooks: OH. And I bought books at the thrift store because self-control is for weak people:
(In my defense, I promise that I went there to look at scarves and one of these is a highly-recommended teaching book while the other two are classics...)

Wow, What a lot of amazing books! I have read Rebel Of The Sands, The Wrath & The Dawn, and The Girl On The Train. All of them were so much fun! I hope you have time to read everything. I often have the same thing happen to me when I reserve library books. But it is the only way to read so many great books. There's just no way to buy everything, right? Have a fun week.
